Visa Talk at Sunset: Beyond the Backpack is a four-part educational discussion series exploring the real-life experiences of Australia’s Working Holiday Makers under the Subclass 417 and 462 visa programs. Held every Thursday throughout September 2026 at DKJ Studio in Darwin, the series will feature authentic stories and moderated conversations about travelling, working, building connections and adapting to life in Australia.

Beyond visa requirements, the discussions will highlight the opportunities, challenges and cultural experiences that shape the Working Holiday journey. Whether you are already in Australia on a Working Holiday visa or are considering applying, come along to hear real stories, gain practical insights and connect with the community.
